Meet Your Compassionate Guide
Hi, my name is Sophia Aarons, and I understand what it feels like to be tired, afraid, and emotionally broken.
I’ve wrestled with uncertainty and self-doubt, struggled through complex relationships, and lost parts of myself along the way. My relationship with grief and loss started at the age of eight.
I’ve learned how to walk in, with, and through grief and loss.
I am grateful for the support I had when things got rough. With the right support and community, we can overcome challenges inherently and grow through them.
My ancestral roots run deep in the Caribbean. I am a visitor on the traditional and ancestral lands of Indigenous Peoples of Canada/Turtle Island where I now live, work, and connect with community.
